Quick answer for MYEC currently showing Pink Limited:

OTC Markets is waiting for the Attorney Letter to be filed, which validates the accuracy of the annual filing. Per the OTC Market rules for Pink tier companies, an attorney letter must always accompany an annual filing. If I recall correctly, the letter must be received within 30 days after the annual filing is due. Once they have receipt of it, and it's posted, MYEC will be returned back to Pink Current status.
