NTK or NTQ is not good for any company to file regardless of what their excuse is.
Especially when they do it on a regular basis.
Last time they had an 8K increasing AS to 2 billion they released a letter of intent same day about the acquisition.
Now the day they file an NT they 8K about the acquisition deal.
They have not bothered to Update Company background.
Only thing showing on Latest Filings for last fall and now are NT's on Scottrade.
Can't help, but wonder what is going to happen May 1st with regard to Pink Sheets and welcome any thoughts on that???
If You look at most the Places Gordon has been over his career he sure seems to not have been at most of them very long???
So far I am very unimpressed with the so called dream team and I held on the basis that other serious investors would look at this, but no one is except for our small group which tells me no pros take this serious except when there is volume to flip.
I should have dumped this when it got up into the 5's last time and never looked back because I am now very concerned we holders are going to get royally burned. Their just trying to hold it out of the trips because they do not have anything worth while to make it climb. Just My Opinion and I welcome any constructive reply to make Me feel better about this.
