In all fairness you can't count the authorized shares as if they are going to go into the float. Surely Adams wouldn't appreciate that considering he is going to be a major shareholder. In fact it might be written into his agreement, that Volk can't mess with the share structure any more. Those details will never be disclosed to the public though. I think the odds are low.
