Californian here. MMJ is legal, MJ in general, however, is not. I think I follow your drift, though. Once California legalizes it for recreational use and not just for medical, a boon would form for the sector and investors alike.
Not to get all political here, but California is generally a pretty liberal-minded state. But then again there was the whole Proposition 8 ordeal that didn't go through for gay marriage, so you never know. I'm glad that public sentiment across the nation has lightened in favor of legalizing it though. We would be fortunate to be holding shares here if and when that happens for the major states that bring in the most revenue.
That being said, this show needs to get on the road.
