Not to make light of any litigation, but this type of litigation is typical when a USA company intrudes into the Canadian business environment. Companies are often involved in litigation and these cases can last for a very long time. I certainly do not know the legal basis for whatever has been publicized but I for one am not going to have a rush to judgment and do not think the PPS will tank. Most companies will not acknowledge any litigation, especially brand new litigation. If they did I would expect the normal "we are aware of this and dispute the claims and will have nothing to say until this is settled." But I do agree with you, I would appreciate a more meaningful and shareholder supportive response from COHO.
