Answer: ARTR management has cost many many investors alot of money due to lack of follow-through and meaningful news once again release financials so we can determine for ourselves as to standing of the company. No reason for excuses/delays and hype or pumping....Be transparent and give investors core needed information and back it up with financials...Not much to ask for....
