they should be getting mailed this week WITH a company update. which im praying for because this stock needs some clarification BADDDDD. also ive tried some conversions on the preferred divy and cant quite get back to my original investment. does anyone know EXACTLY the conversion price or are we just ball parking it with the amex $2.00 and the 1 pref for 100,000 commons. and the pref is redeemable for 20,000 commons?? I understand exactly how they intend to protect the investor however i feel like there are some other #'s missing that we need to figure out this problem. anyone else have a thought? TLNUF
