when I posted that it was COMPLETELY TRUE as it was for Q3 of 2013

the filing you are talking about is the 10K that was filed yesterday

Could be you are the one that should be more careful before throwing comments out there without any verification

all that being said doesn't change the fact of what is going on here

shares issued at a cost of .001 are coming into the market as pump and dump email sites are being hired to assist
