ECO...it's simple It has dropped 100% from where it was to the value of where its at. dropped .019 to .019 that's a 100% drop versus the value it holds. Although technically only a 50% drop, you would have to increase the .019 by 100% to recover the value lost...either way you look at it, it's truly the same amount (and disappointing at that!)
