My opinion on Bl 5 is that all the attention on the initial seismic program was concentrated on the deeper formations. Those horizons are probably pinched/faulted out for the most part under Bl 5 - and the reason SirEmeka opted for only ERHC's granted rights. With the shallower formation coming in big time in Bl 1 this has caused re-evaluation of Bl 5's shallow potential, thus interest from BP. I sincerely hope they acquire the Iranian's position. Or it could be that they may be interested in ERHC's position.
