Always wondering just had a chance to see a few posts today. Been busy all day in very constructive meetings and fnma came up in our discussion.
Here is what the wise man said: the only reason we have those down turns in the economy is: so we can take the wealth of those that are sitting on things we need and are doing nothing with it, land, homes, farms, business & money when they scare the elderly making the think they should sell what ever shares they have left so they can have some money to survive on vs nothing.
