You have the idea that things aren't going the way you would like them to go. Well let me tell you there are a couple of thousand investors in Loch Harris that feel the same way. The pot of gold at the end of the rainbow never did materialize.
Most posters that have been following this mess, have been disappointed, There are thousands that have invested and do not follow the progress or lack of,with this investment, most have probably written it off, and so are unaware of what is going on or don't give a s55t.
A partial solution to the alleviating the problem has been worked out, with a potential for salvaging some of our investment.
Now, you come along (with someone writing your letters,and interpreting the legal laws, there's no doubt about that)with the idea that you have all the solutions, calling all the attorneys crooks, telling the court they will be screwing up, if you don't get what you want.
Now because someone writes a down to earth request to save that investment,you call them pathetic.
You have taken it upon yourself to get things your way no matter whom it hurts. You have the support of many people who have been trashing this stock for years. Sure,maybe some got burned early and are bitter,( although that's their fault because a lot of money was made off this stock through the years, ask the Boyz) but by far the majority of them never had any interest in seeing in seeing it succeed.
Anybody through the years could see problems with the way this stock was handled,and it was the individuals option on whether to stick with it or not, as was yours until about six months ago. When Diddy, Lori, Coq, Himmy,and the rest finally got to you,with their mostly concocted bul333t that can be taken 1/2 dozen ways. They latched onto you like leeches as a means to fulfill their mission and now you keep pleading with them to ("talk to me Diddy").
You certainly must be aware,that if this share distribution / exchange does not take place in the next few months, it may never happen, and that is what your support
dreams about(if just to be able to say,"see we told you")
You certainly should know that your plan for an appointed BOD and salvaging all of LH's assets is a joke, since nobody on these boards trust one another,and independent people are not stupid enough to become involved with such a joke. The longer we wait the more reason MP has to come up with deterrent or defensive movements to protect his company.
You can listen to all the bull you want on whether CDEX has anything worthwhile or not, there is no proof that he does or doesn't. Right now,it should be reasoned that they have.
Few people would shell out $200,000 to be appointed a management position in a shell company that was spun off from another scam company,that is run by an in-law. You've got to have investors to get your money back or at least have products that will be saleable. Four years of scamming surely has drained the market for Loch connected companies,unless they can prove themselves.
You act like anyone who can't see things your way are nuts.
It may just mean we are smart enough to not allow ourselves to overlook the best way of salvaging something from this fiasco. You want revenge at no matter the cost, we want what we can get, and let the law take care of revenge. If you want to fight on that's your perogative ,but don't do it with our funds. Opt out if you are so inclined,but don't ever get the idea that you are doing it for our good,because we are stupid enough as to not see it your way.
Also don't say you are doing it for the majority of shareholders,because the majority don't know what the hell is going on,as do most of us, including you.
IF the judge does not object to you calling the lawyers cheats, and the court decides they appreciate your guidance,
and this thing gets sidetracked for another six months to a year,you can gloat that you had your way, and you can brag about how you spent more money burying this thing, than you will ever receive out of it.
Of course that's the Christian thing to do, but I do believe we have been wrong before".
