No, there is a liscensing agreement between rxnb inc and cen biotech inc to distribute through their pharmacies to medical marijuana patients in michigan. Then there is a separate deal where PHOT wants to acquire a percentage stake in rxnb inc. (bill and sams private companies). Its important to distinguish between the two and its not up to the ceo to explain these things to us! Thats why we have each other and a message board
