I responded to this a few days ago... those numbers are not correct.

David Michery -----135,880,000 common------2.81%
Dir/ Officers -----135,880,000 common------2.81%
Cede & Co--------3,614,701,341 common------74.75%
Asher Enterp.------300,000,000 common------6.20%
Knotfloat & Co-----260,000,000 common------5.38%
--------------------------------------------------
Totals ----------4,446,461,341 common------91.95%



DM's shares and Dir/Officers shares are one and the same' - 135,880,000

Also, not sure Cede & Co is just one entity...or a 'temporary holder' as such, for multiple investors like you and I.....
