Not speaking for R_O, but I think Berge knew he didn't need that many shares for the few remaining conversions. Imagine a sequence of events such as:

1) Fins released - show positive growth/sales. With a 4:1 asset-liability ratio, we may be close or at profitability. Just have to see the numbers. SP increases rapidly upon announcement.
2) PR stating Conversions are done. No resistance at this point to hold it down. SP increases rapidly upon announcement.
3) PR stating one (or both) of the deals with the wholesaler and/or Sterling has been signed, details to follow. SP increases rapidly upon announcement.
4) PR stating the elimination of 1b from the a/s as they are no longer necessary for growth. SP increases rapidly upon announcement.
5) PR with details of deal with #3 above (similar to the Ultra deal but on a much larger scale and sales forecasts that can't be compared to past performance) SP increases rapidly upon announcement.
6) PR with roll-out of Faccia a Faccia nationwide to Kay, Jareds, etc. SP increases into multi-pennies.

The above is what I expect to see in the coming months. This is what I see as the potential with this company. I think when Berge talks about taking the company to the next level, this is what I think he means. We'll just have to see what happens. Any or even just one of the above will be significant long-term. I believe we'll see several, if not all of them occur. All IMO
