Low volume, Low volume, Low volume. Not even a million shares have been traded. Btw anyone here who has even a smidgen of experience knows that when the big boards are doing good the small caps go down. When the market goes south again and starts falling 50-200pts many investors will almost certainly pump their funds into the small caps until the big boards go green again.

tl;dr

CGRA is a solid buy on paper, there is just more money flowing into the big boards atm as demonstrated by the low volume.
