I look forward to the day they are on the BS. I agree with Ed it does take time for Audits. I work in banking and Audits are very time consumeing. The auditors ask for supporting doc., then you get it to them and they come back for more.

Unless they are living in your office and you give them undivided attention it gets dragged out. Especially when you ahve to go back multiple years!
