Ok heres my thinking on the 35% deal. If someone else (company a) is going to be making/distributing the product and BBDA (company b) is bringing the idea and the licensing with a celebrity. Wouldn't the other company have a bigger share of the deal doing all the work?

All this is based off of PR's and personal thinking that BBDA prob won't handle the product
