I told you all there would be a delay with the 10-K!!!!!!!!! The more time Floyd keeps it out of the hands of the SEC the more time he has to Dilute! But time is running out! By the time Floyd submits it in a few weeks, And after the SEC states it has Further "CONCERNS" It may take a few more months!!!!! But then what????????
