Coincidentally the last 2 trading days were also the last 2 trading days of the quarter. Well, CEOs are able to sell 1% of the OS per quarter so i wonder if Stephen just gave off his shares to some broker who dumped em at the bid at the end of the day.
There is also something to this 15:45 action and i kinda think i remember something about CEOs only being able to sell in the final 15 mins or not be able to?
Either way if thats the cause, the quarter ended yesterday which is why we saw the aggressive dump. Yes there may be more retail sellers willing to sell now but these bids in this low 3 area are very active and large. Right at the close we had almost 4M on the bid at .0031. Almost seems like a flush out, load up some biggies who now have incentive to really run the snot out of it, cause no doubt the company is actually doing big things
