delay of 10K... here's why...

Spoke with LVVV last week. Asked them why 10K, 10Q's always delayed. They said the accountant they use has many clients that require 10K's and 10Q's. They simply get backlogged and need an extension more often than not.

Why not switch to another accountant? They been with the same one for a while who knows their books. Also, "the price is right."

No worries. I believe very, very good things are in the works. I was told, "have patience."
