as far as the lady attorney goes...she may have gotten drug into a mess by crooks. I don't see her as one, it sounds like she did a job for them, and she got paid for it. she may have been lied to. (likely) ...and remember just because sombody is suing, it doesn't mean they will prevail. i am not familiar enough with OTC (newbie here) to know whether they suspend someone when there is pending litigation. she may be cleared and reinstated. all start ups are shaky and she is in business to help startups, which i see as honorable.
