Peter suggested that I should perhaps go on the investors' tour next year, to see the actual dirt, the actual location of the Mega Farm. (I had asked if he could reveal the actual location of the Mega Farm. He couldn't.)

I'll have Peter know that I once appraised an entire county from the very comfortable seat from in front of the GIS desk. In 1999, no less. Boots on the ground is so overrated.
