Here is yet another company that is attempting to enter the marijuana sector in the coming week according to their latest PR
However, i'm trying to connect some dots with this one, let me know if it sounds crazy.
Nevis (OCEE) is a very new, full reporting company. Their current price is $1 but dont be scared away (by the abnormally high price for our typical pennystocks on this subreddit), they have pretty low float and are still quite volatile. Their business model is doing what alot of companies do, seeking any profitable business niches. Since then, they have acquired/own a gambling company and a real estate company. They have mass amounts of assets and debt with little to no revenue, but again, they are a very new company with the intent of generating future revenues.
Now to where i try to connect the dots. A couple days ago THIS article came out explaining why many marijuana companies have/will encounter difficulties when successfully finding space to house marijuana facilities because they lack real-estate expertise. As i said above, real estate is a specialty of OCEE. Even more so, their CEO, Shawn Erickson, has quite a bit experience in it show HERE.
Basically, this is why i think they have a fighting chance to possibly do well and/or increasing the likelihood of entering the MJ sector or even mergering with any already existant MJ company in the near future as they said in their PR... or maybe i'm just crazy..
