I just wonder how you think you're going to make money with a company that keeps squandering its reputation dr? I believe one of the reasons that ARYC has difficulty raising funds is because of these annoying lawsuits hanging in the closet. Potential investors including the larger investment community, venture capitalists, angel investors, etc. etc, tend to be looking for a dazzling clean company resume, not a company caught up in various litigations, large and small. I think investors are also looking for a company known for fair dealing and straight shooting. Would I invest in this company as a major investor? Not until I see some of these issues cleaned up. AD and the murky picture that it presents are definitely red flags here. And they point to a lack of competent management within the company as well.
