Dilution Concerns

I've had a discussion with Ian on this recently and he's painfully aware of the dilution issue. This is an inherited issue that the new management is keen to avoid. After all, Ian alone has 10+ million shares that would go worthless overnight. Plus another 2.5 million options at the strike price of $0.06 a share. And not to mention other convertibles.

And he hasn't gotten paid his CEO salary, nor does the board position pay.

If I had to guess, the plan of action is:

- Maximize capital allocation efficiency to fit best returns.
- Primary source of funding will be all current and future sources of revenue.
- Supplemental funding will come from the bond announced previously.
- Revenue growth must be sustained and nurtured at all costs in order to attract future investment and funding.

But again, this is just me. I have faith in the new GAC team.
