No additional info on Mr. West's passing on the GACR website or social media. I think we can all agree that a sudden death is very sad no matter what your views of GACR happen to be.

Does any one know if he was sick? Could explain his selling...

P.s.

You think the company would do a little more to address the sudden passing of their CFO. Just an sec filing seems kind of cold...
