TRTC is a Pink Sheet stock that is not regulated by FINRA they can do what they want SEC could care less they also have a CEO who know what lines he can cross and how to if he chooses

SEC has warned many times about investing in OTC and Pinks that way they don't have to send time watching these stocks they would rather spend time watchin the stocks on the Nas NYse and Amex
