Hi GCEI board I was able to get through to GCEI IR today and ask for clarification on few questions....

1. How close are we to the form 10 filing...."the form 10 should be filed by end of this week (which is the same thing I was told about last week, but it seems they are making progress) they are adding the 2013 numbers in the filing"...

2. Are there any PRs coming this week..."yes, we can expect one tomorrow,...also we can expect at least (3) during the month of April 2014"...he would not elaborate on content of PR's but I think we can all just about guess on at least one....

3. What is the status of the financing..."financing is being completed"...he used the term 50%, and then explained that "all the i's are dotted and t's crossed"...I got the feeling it is imminent.

4. Are there any NDA's or is there information about the Sonoco deal which has yet to be released?...."yes, another PR will come out about the SON deal as soon as financing is confirmed..."

He seemed very happy with the way things are progressing...he mentioned that he expects at least (3) PR's this month but that number could be higher depending on what else happens.
