if your contention is right - they will file financials and act like a publicly traded company and i may not need to.

however, their past history suggests they will not file financials and continue to enrich themselves and bleed the company of any value while leaving shareholders jumping through hoops and legal hurdles trying to get the information they are entitled to via US securities laws.

i already have several larger shareholders (from the MLOG days) that are considering joint action.
