I dropped $10 into Alan Brochstein's pathetic crowd funding effort. Now that I have been shown clear evidence he has yet to retain counsel, I will closely monitor the situation. If Mr. Brochstein doesn't not use the money accordingly,
I will be the first to bring a fraud suit against him.
