I spent over a year working construction in Windsor. If they have fifty guys on site they plan on having the shell of this building up by the end of the week. Once that is approved they can start building indoors. They have a lot to do inside but it can all be completed in a month if he is getting that kind of manpower out there.
But who knows, maybe the badgers are right! It could be a costume party for friends and family. The costumes are construction related and their all having tea in the vault pit.
