I think I missed something in this report,I didn't see any mention of bitcoins or Dino?

This company looks like it is set up as a tax loss shelter for DZ LLC the major stock holder. BYSD owns the land but who gets the $$$ for the oil wells?

Why is there no mention of their "new" bitcoin subsidiary in the 10k? Seems kinda scammy to me,no wonder this can't sustain any gains.

I don't see this going anywhere until the 1st Q results are released with the mention of the bitcoin subsidiary(if there is one)? PLEASE,correct me if I'm wrong.
