"Bill" already did post his permit online. For a pole barn. There is no other permit for any multimillion-dollar state-of-the-art medical marihuana production facility. Can he get such a permit? Maybe. But it hasn't happened yet, any more than there is a concrete floor in that barn with the dead solar panels on it.

The story is good, but the devil is in the details. Meanwhile, $280 million is WAY too much money for a rented pole barn and a good story and a lot of stock to sell. FITX is pinkie crapola. A bloated pig with too much makeup.

Better investment options exist.

A good bottom's hard to beat.
