There is nothing wrong with a reverse split. Sometimes it is used as a defensive measure (like to keep a listing). Here management has said that it is to encourage institutional holdings. These act as a stabilising influence to many shares. And given the recent volatility INO sure needs price stability.

It's a free choice as to what you believe & you have exercised this choice by selling your shares. I reckon the motivation is increasing the range & depth of true long term shareholders and bringing PPS stability. (Which will be at a much higher level IMHO. Hence I have been and will continue buying on the dips).
