Calling the SEC? What for? This kind of pennystock trading, manipulation and compnay promises exists since decades in the States - without any serious resistance ! Pennystocks are high risk stories - putting money into it and lossing 13k is eve4rybodies own decision. I lost approx. 300k since ten years with wrong decisions. My fault, my greed, my decision to invest in manipulated microcaps and my ass which I wouldd have to kick. As long a short selling and mms are part of the game, pennystocks work like that.
Nevertheless of course GLTU for trying to get your losses back. My respectful advice: Try to get in low before a hype and not in between or after.
