Maybe HC will be OK with a vault on a dirt floor. If there is any evidence that the other barn (the existing building) has a floor in it, I'd like to see it. Otherwise, I don't believe it. There was concrete being poured for the foundation of the second building--the evidence is clear for that. But I have seen nothing to indicate that concrete trucks and finishing crews have been on site putting a floor in that other building with the solar panels on the roof. Does Bill say that they have a concrete floor in there? If he does, I'll believe him, because if he lies about that, it's just flat-out fraud, and I don't think he wants that. Let's hear it from Bill, if there is no other convincing evidence. It shouldn't be hard to verify--the concrete floor is either there, or it's not. I don't think it is.
