Since when did people start trading penny stocks according to chart trends? I agree reviewing the trends of a stock are very helpful and a good indicater on the next move. But with penny stocks? Definitly on more stable company's. I love the thinking because thats exactly how this stock should be traded/trading. However, with so many unknowns lurking ,so many shares floating around and no real earnings to justify a continued uptrend. I wouldn't bet my house just yet. If the example I posted before pans out.. then and only then would I put my eggs on the chart. Until then .. I remain very bullish on the prospects of things to come not on a potential manipulated chart. Be very cautious with the chart for now ... things need to be a little more in order before I trust them.
