Is there any proof that a 211 has been filed? I'm a gler shareholder fwiw, however I would like to know some information on the attempt to get out of greys.

IMO the merger was the best scenario to get a 211 approved, unless there are other plans which I assume nobody knows, unless someone could tell me otherwise. Either way, very frustrating with the lack of communication on the part of GLER.
