Oh boy, "only mechanical/standard procedural things", and signatures? that is medinah speak for grab your partner and do the dodo. Makes you wonder what those slimy sources meant 5 months ago when they said "only one signature left". Of course we knew things would be on "one more signature" mode for as long as they could milk it
