Morning folks, things should be a lot clearer this week. Today we'll get the updated O/S. Tomorrow the 10K is due although Berge is always late on it so I'm expecting it toward the end of the week. What we should see on the 10K is a great 4th quarter, and confirmation that no new notes were sold since 9/1/13. Berge has confirmed this fact several times, but seeing it on an audited filing will drive the point home even further. We may see termination of final convertibles on the accompanying PR as well. Things should get rather exciting around here in a big hurry.
