My list only covers public notices, there are no public notices for DWAC Chills, only TDA has an accurate database of such chills currently as they review CNS consistently for an type of chill issued by the DTCC.

I am currently arguing a recommendation that the DTC should provide a complete list of service restrictions on their website and at a minimum provide public notices for standard Chills issued. They have amended some policy changes and the SEC is requesting further comments on some of the amended items. Hopefully in a couple of months we may see further transparency of DTC Service Restrictions.
