I don't disagree that a buy at .0004 will be rewarded. I simply wonder if lower prices will come before the Buy-back or will the company go gun-ho? They could go quite for a couple weeks before initiating the 2nd phase of the Buy-back? Phase 1 is supposed to be around 10% of the O/S and the 2nd over 50%.
