Folks DO NOT underestimate how HUGE this is. Read the beginning statements.

They did not want to wait until April 30th for a reason! This shows extreme confidence and partnership between the entities.

Trust me I've been involved in transactions like this and this move RARELY happens.

Something BIG is in the works IMO and they wanted this expedited.
