He made the right filings including the last one to suspend financial reporting. Some of the deals did not pan out as gold is very speculative with lots of hits and misses. Now the trading ticker still has a lot of value to him or someone that wants to purchase it. So, its a waiting game till we get the next reverse merger or Lappa comes back from his extended vacation.
