This is an OTC stock which is a small step up from a pink sheet. Both are unregulated markets that harbor almost all dilution scams. The SEC shuts down a few dilution scams a year to make it appear like they are paying attention to what happens in the sewers of unregulated markets. Bottom line is all they have to do is stay out of the spotlight and slooooowly dilute he company instead of one big promotion.
What are your thoughts.
