living, Naked Short Sellers! In easy terms they borrow shares of a company to short the position. They're given a time limit to cover. If they don't cover the short position it becomes a naked short meaning the shares were not bought back to cover. Now here is the important part, those shares end up as part of the float. Naked shorting bankrupt many company's back in the day. It's now not legal but is still being done through off shore hedge funds. I was planning on buying this stock and was doing my DD's on it when I found it on the naked short list. You should google naked shorting to get a good understanding on how it's done and what it does. I really like this company and until it comes off that list I'm not a buyer. I have owned stocks that were naked shorted and it's not fun!

I hope this helps you out a little. The board is set up to share information and that's all I'm trying to do. I found this information out on GRNH and letting the board know what's going on. Maybe some here asking why the share price has been going down. This could be one big reason!
