That's not what the 8K from Friday says AT ALL.

Wanna try justifying any of that conclusion you've come to with something from the 8K. What is it you're seeing that would directly contradict what the 8K says in the line I quoted, which explicitly states the agreement was consummated (closed) on March 27, 2014?
