with the help of decosta and friends, they will have shareholders convinced the new paradigm of being a PG/AR will be the quickest way to getting those PLCD's. Shareholders will be eating up any plans of dividends, no worries about that. Like Dr. Shill says, folks are chasing the fci's now , not the gold. I would certainly start expecting an AGM without an ADL deal, that is if they don't postpone it. And since many shareholders have already said they will not be going if they don't announce a deal,and considering it falls on mothers day, I suspect the slim crowd that does show up will be no problem for a BOD made up of ex-cops and alcoholics. Guess you hadn't thought about who exactly will end up going, now did you? I have yet to hear of a single person that is going, any plans yourself?
