Actually given the 2,300,000,000+ shares of RFMK DILUTION since 2012 and no accountability of where the funds went; IMO this is pretty damn close to a FACT.

Up until Allinder GAGGED the TA in Jan 2014 - the documentation needed and provided by the TA was well in support of this stock selling diluted game by "Good Old Tom"

Lord only knows how much more DILUTION of RFMK share structure that "Good Old Tom" has dumped since Jan 2014 of the remaining 1,900,000,000 RFMK AS.
